SPECTACULAR APARTMENTS OVERLOOKING THE RIVER COLNE

In a stunning location overlooking the River Colne in Wivenhoe now stands Bawley House. This is a collection of 7 prestigious, contemporary apartments available for purchase, all finished with a selection of timber windows and doors from Dale Joinery.

Renowned local developers Vaughan & Blyth are the developers for the site and with the apartments being in such a picturesque location, they had a desire for large windows and bespoke balcony doors to make the most of the views over the river.

A selection of bespoke sash windows, casement windows, French doors and bi-fold doors were selected for the development, all finished in Signal White and with Satin Chrome ironmongery. These not only make the most of the stunning views, but also complement the architecture of the building and the luxurious living style given to each apartment.

Ideally located close to Colchester but with desirable Essex countryside views and easy access to the train station, these apartments have already been in high demand since their completion in late 2017. In fact, four of the seven apartments had sold within just two weeks of the project being completed!
